There’s an attractive tennis double to be had with Betway for the matches on Tuesday’s Order of Play in Rome. In the Masters event, Roger Federer will face Alexander Zverev while Victoria Azarenka will face Irina Begu in the women’s Premier Mandatory event. Federer is available at 10/11 to win in straight sets while Azarenka is available at 2/3 for the same result. The two events combined give odds of about 11/5.

Zverev is a 19 year old who is certainly starting to improve in tour-level matches. Earlier in the tournament he improved to 17-11 on the ATP season with a victory over Grigor Dimitrov, a player that is currently struggling on tour. However the highest-ranked player Zverev has beaten in 2016 is David Goffin.

Many might be worried about backing Federer this close to returning from injury, however I don’t think there’s any way Fed would be playing a match this near to a major unless he was up to it. I have full confidence in Federer in the match and despite the missed time of late it is re-assuring to note that the Swiss Maestro has beaten all players outside of the Top 10 this season in straight sets with Dimitrov the only exception.

Azarenka, like Federer, is also returning from a minor injury, but she has won so many matches in straight sets this season that it’s hard not to take her against Begu. Azarenka, who has won 9 of her last 10 matches in straight sets, is 5-0 against the Romanian heads up with a record of 10-2 in sets played.

These matches are both on Tuesday’s Order of Play. Federer will open Center Court at noon local time while Azarenka will be on Court Pietrangeli at 11am.

Recommendation:
