Before Matt Rhead returned to make it 3-1 for the hosts in the 60th minute, guaranteeing the three points.
Fabio Saraiva made it 3-2 from the penalty spot (75), to ensure a nervy finish for the hosts but they held out.
Lincoln have had an excellent season so far, they currently sit top of the National League, along with the FA Cup and FA Vase cup runs.
They are top of the League by three points, if they keep their form up there is no reason why they won’t be promoted though.
The visitors registered a huge shock in the last round, beating a much changed Brighton side 3-1 to progress to this round.
The visitors come into this match as the underdogs, with home advantage and the vast difference in leagues contributing.
This will be a tough fixture for Lincoln, despite having already beaten top class opposition this season in Brighton.
